Yoga is an ancient Indian body of knowledge that dates back more than 5000 years ago. The word "Yoga" came from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate." Yoga then is about the union of a person's own consciousness and the universal consciousness.

Yoga classes are back !

Starting saturday november 22 from 12: 15 to 1:15 we have a new teacher, Annette Mucci and the first class is FREE.

Thanksgiving weekend will not have class and december 6th back to normal , every saturday from 12:15 to 1:15.

"Improve your health, performance, and mental acuity. My sessions are based on the ancient fitness science ofHatha yoga and blend balance, strength, and flexibility into a fitness format. I am interested in taking the mystery out of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible to individuals at any level of fitness" (Annette Mucci) and take advantage of the benefits of yoga:
