Boot Camp - Cardio kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts .

This intense total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Classes will start soon, more info with João or Daniel.
