Cardio Kickboxing classes starting monday june 2nd
Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics,boxing, and martial
arts . This intense total-body workout can improve strength , aerobic
fitness,flexibility, coordination, and balance.
TIME: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm
WHAT TO BRING: Hand wraps and boxing gloves (U$30,00 at the gym)
